Hazmat 1- 2013 Pierce Quantum Heavy Rescue truck. Carries an assortment of Heavy rescue equipment, as well as Hazardous Materials equipment for dealing with anything from fluid spills to biological and radioactive materials incidents. Hazmat 1 is also equipped with a mobile communication unit and rooftop flood lights. Hazmat 1 responds to all Hazardous Materials incidents and is available to respond to other towns as a special call.
Located at Station 3.
Tower 1- 2013 Pierce Dash Mid Mount Platform with 115' stick. Tower 1 is staffed with 1 officer and 3 Firefighters 24/7. Tower 1 was placed into service on 6/18/13 and is located at Station 3.
C1- 2010 Ford F-150. This truck is used as the command and mobile communications unit for the on duty shift commander or chief officer. C1 is located at Station 1 and responds to most incidents or at the chief officer/ shift commander's discretion.
Engine 1- 2013 Rosenbauer attack engine. E1 is first due to all fire related calls in the center of town. Engine 1 has two reel lines and has drafting capabilities. Engine 1 consists of a crew of two firefighter/ EMTs and one officer, and is staffed full time 24/7. Engine 1 is located at Station 1.
Engine 2- 2013 Rosenbauer attack engine. Engine 2 carries 1,500 gallons of water and has a 1,250 GPM pump. Engine 2 carries technical rescue equipment as well as class A and B foam. Engine 2 responds to all major rescue calls as well as structure fires.
Engine 2 is located at Station 2.
Engine 4- 1986 Mack CF pumper. Rebuilt by the department to include an all wheel drive system for off road use. Carries 1,200 gallons. Utilized by the volunteer/ on call division out of station 4. Engine 4 can carry up to 4 members.
EX Engine 2- 2007 stock ladder truck. Engine 2 (ex E1) was replaced by Engine 1 at the end of 2012 and moved to Station 2 which used to be the reserve/ mechanic shop. Engine 2 was previously the primary engine company in town and responded to almost every call for service.
Ambulance 2- 2012 Sprinter ambulance. Staffed with two Paramedics 24/7. Located at Station 2
MCI Trailer- 2013 Custom built storage and communications trailer used to carry Mass Casualty and communications equipment. The MCI trailer will be located at Station 3 at the Airport and is available by special call to all scenes when needed.
Ladder 1- 2013 E One quint. Equipped with a 75 foot ladder, rescue equipment, and 1250gpm pump. L1 is staffed with two firefighter/ EMTs and an officer. L1 is loated at Station 1 and is a secondary mutual aid piece. L1 responds to all motor vehicle accidents and fire related calls in the center of town.
Helo 1- 2013 helicopter. Located at the airport at Station 3. Helo 1 is used for search and rescue operations as well as aerial fire supression.
ATV 1- 2007 three wheeler. ATV 1 is able to pull any of the forestry trailers off road into hard to access areas. Located at Station 5.
ATV 2- 2013 four wheeler. ATV 2 is used for off road search and rescue operations as well as forestry firefighting is remote areas. Located at Station 5.
Rescue 2- 2012 Ford E-350 rescue van. R2 responds to all major medical calls and is staffed with 2 firefighter/ Paramedics. R2 is located at Station 2. R2 is equipped wth rescue and medical equipment.
Forestry Trailers- used by the Division of Forests and Lands. Carry wildland firefighting equipment. One is located at Station 1 and the other at Station 5
Dive Trailer- Carries Marine 3 (ex Marine 2) as well as water rscue equipment and diving equipment. Located at Station 1 and is pulled by either Utility 1 or C1 depending on availability.
Forestry 1- 1950 Dodge Powerwagon custom built off road forestry unit. Responds to brush fires and off road incidents. Carries 500 gallons of water and misc. forestry tools. Located at Station 1 and operated by two members of the Division of Forests and Lands.
Utility 2- 2012 Rosenbauer heavy lift transporter. U2 is capable of carrying Marine 2. Utility 2 is able to carry heavy equipment on and off road into inaccessible areas. U2 has a heavy lift boom capable of lifting vehicles and equipment. Located at Station 5.
Brush 1- 2012 Mercedes Unimog 4x4 off road brush truck. Brush 1 responds to all major forestry incidents as well as off road rescues. Brush 1 carries 1500 gallons of water as well a foam agent, and is also equipped with an on board command post. This units also has a roof mounted water cannon. Brush 1 is located at Station 5 and is operated by two members of the Division of Forests and Lands.
K1- 2012 Ford C-MAX van. Used by the fire inspector, this truck carries the arson K9 and misc. fire investigation equipment, as well as fire alarm equipment.
